1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how AceFighter ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information. AceFighter is a vertical-scrolling shoot-em-up game developed for iPhone. The app operates entirely offline and has no network connectivity whatsoever.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, device ID)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Crash reports (no remote logging)
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV)
• Financial or payment information
• Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
• Health or fitness data
• Any other personal or sensitive information

3. Data Stored on Your Device

AceFighter stores game progress locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data includes:

• Highest unlocked level and number of completed levels
• Best scores per level and total lifetime score
• Total enemy kills
• Selected difficulty mode and equipped skills
• Sound, haptics, and auto-fire settings

All data remains exclusively on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. It is never sent to any server, cloud, or third party.

4. Third-Party Services

AceFighter does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, social platforms, or cloud services. There are no external API calls of any kind.

5. Network Access

AceFighter requires no internet connection. The app does not make any network requests and functions fully offline at all times.

6. Data Security

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no data in transit to secure. Local game data is stored in the standard iOS app sandbox, protected by the operating system's built-in security mechanisms.

7. Data Deletion

To delete all data associated with AceFighter, simply uninstall the app from your iPhone. All locally stored game progress and settings will be permanently removed. You may also use the in-app "Reset Progress" function in Settings to clear your game data while keeping the app.

8. Children's Privacy

AceFighter is rated 4+ and is appropriate for all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information from any user, including children under 13 (or under 16 in relevant jurisdictions), we are fully compliant with COPPA and similar child privacy regulations.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
