BeatPad ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we handle data when you use our iOS application.

BeatPad is a fully offline application. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit:

Personal information (name, email, phone number)
Usage data or analytics
Location data
Financial information
Photos or media library access
Contacts or social media data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs

3. Data Stored on Your Device

All data created while using BeatPad is stored locally on your device only:

Pattern data (rhythm compositions)
Audio recordings (exported files)
App preferences (BPM settings, kit selections)

This data is stored using iOS UserDefaults and local file system. It is never transmitted to our servers or third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

BeatPad does NOT use any third-party SDKs, analytics services, or advertising networks. The application is 100% self-contained.

5. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by iOS security mechanisms. We do not have access to your data and cannot retrieve it.

6. Data Deletion

To delete all BeatPad data:

Delete the app from your device - this removes all local data immediately
Exported audio files in your Files app must be deleted manually

7. Children's Privacy

BeatPad is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13, nor do we track user ages.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app's App Store listing.
