BerryCam Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

BerryCam ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the BerryCam app ("the App") handles your information. The App is designed to be fully on-device — we do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on remote servers.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

BerryCam does not collect the following from you:

Your name, email, phone number, or any account information (the App requires no account).
Your geographic location.
Your contacts, calendar, or messages.
Any device identifier (IDFA / IDFV / UDID).
Any analytics or usage telemetry.
Photos or videos from your system Photo Library (the App only writes to it on your explicit save action).

3. Data Stored on Your Device

All photos you take inside BerryCam are stored locally in the App's sandbox container, on your device only. They never leave your device unless you explicitly use the system Share sheet or the "Save to Photos" action. App settings (filter intensity, grid toggle, sound preferences) are stored in UserDefaults on your device.

4. Permissions We Request

You may decline any permission and continue using BerryCam in a degraded mode.

5. Third-Party Services

BerryCam does not integrate any third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or social-network login. No data is sent to any third-party server.

6. Data Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on the security of your iOS device. We recommend you keep iOS updated and enable a passcode / Face ID. If you delete the App, all data stored by the App is permanently removed by iOS.

7. Data Deletion

To delete all data created by BerryCam, simply uninstall the App. iOS will remove the entire sandbox, including every photo and setting.

8. Children's Privacy

BerryCam does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is rated 4+ and contains no in-app advertising or external links.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of BerryCam after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
