1. Introduction

ChromaHunt Pro (“the App”) is a color-discrimination puzzle game for iPhone. This policy explains our approach to your data: we do not collect any data, ever. The App functions entirely on your device without any network connection.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

ChromaHunt Pro does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal or anonymous data of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, device ID, IP address)
• Usage analytics or gameplay statistics
• Location data
• Photos, camera, or microphone access
• Contacts or calendar data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA)

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App uses Apple’s UserDefaults exclusively to persist local game data:

• Best level achieved per difficulty (Easy/Normal/Hard/Insane)
• Total rounds played
• Daily challenge streak
• Vision score metrics (correct/wrong taps, reaction time totals)
• User preferences: language, haptic intensity, colorblind assist toggle

This data never leaves your device. No server, no cloud, no backup outside Apple’s encrypted local storage.

4. Permissions

ChromaHunt Pro requests zero system permissions. It does not access the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or any other device capability beyond rendering its SwiftUI interface.

5. Third-Party Services

The App contains no third-party SDKs, analytics libraries, advertising networks, or crash-reporting tools. It makes no outbound network requests of any kind.

6. Data Security

Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is no exposure to network-based security risks. Local game data stored via UserDefaults is protected by iOS device encryption.

7. Data Deletion

To delete all App data, simply delete ChromaHunt Pro from your device. All UserDefaults entries are removed automatically by iOS upon uninstallation.

8. Children’s Privacy

ChromaHunt Pro does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. It is safe for all ages. No parental consent mechanism is required because no data is collected.
