Information We Do Not Collect

FilmCam does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• We do not track your location
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools
• We do not use advertising SDKs
• We do not access your contacts or calendar
• We do not have user accounts or login systems

Camera and Photo Library Access

FilmCam requests access to your device camera and photo library solely to provide its core functionality:

• Camera: Used to capture photos with real-time film effects applied through the viewfinder. Camera data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted.
• Photo Library (Read): Used to import existing photos for applying film effects. Photos are processed locally.
• Photo Library (Write): Used to save processed photos to your device photo library.

All photo processing occurs entirely on your device. No images are uploaded to any server.

In-App Purchases

FilmCam offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium film stocks. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Data Storage

All app data (settings, film photo gallery) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. No data is synced to external servers or cloud services.

Third-Party Services

FilmCam does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
