HabitMark ("we" or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use HabitMark.

Information We Do Not Collect

HabitMark does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• We do not track your location
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools
• We do not use advertising SDKs
• We do not access your contacts or calendar
• We have no user accounts or login system
• We make no network requests whatsoever

Local Data Storage

All app data (your habits, check-ins, settings, and preferences) is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Data is shared between the app and its widgets via a secure App Group container. No data is transmitted to external servers or cloud services.

In-App Purchases

HabitMark offers optional cosmetic in-app purchases (themes and app icons). These transactions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Notifications

HabitMark may request permission to send local notifications for habit reminders. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on-device. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Third-Party Services

HabitMark does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

Children's Privacy

HabitMark does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
