IceBreaker ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application IceBreaker (the "App").

Key Point: Our App is designed to work completely offline. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be transparent about what we do NOT collect:

No Location Data: We do not track or access your location.

The App stores the following data locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults:

Custom Questions: Questions you create are stored only on your device.
Custom Decks: Decks you create are stored only on your device.
Favorite Questions: Questions you mark as favorites are stored only on your device.
App Settings: Your preferences (haptics, timers, etc.) are stored only on your device.

Important: This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or any third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Our App does NOT integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The App functions entirely offline without any external dependencies.

5. Data Security

Since we do not collect or transmit any data, there is no risk of data breaches or unauthorized access from our end. All data stored on your device is protected by iOS's built-in security features.

6. Data Deletion

All data created by the App (custom questions, decks, favorites, settings) is stored locally on your device. To delete all App data:

Delete the App from your device, OR
Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > IceBreaker > Delete App

This will permanently remove all App data from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is suitable for all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 or any other age group.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
