1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Math Challenge ("we", "the App") handles information when you use the App on your iPhone. The App is designed to be a fully offline mental-arithmetic trainer. We have built it so that no personal data leaves your device.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Math Challenge does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Specifically:
- We do not require an account, email, phone number, or any login.
- We do not collect identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, advertising IDs).
- We do not collect location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, health, or biometric data.
- We do not include analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs.
- We do not make any outbound network requests. The App functions completely offline.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
To make the App useful between sessions, the following information is saved locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults (@AppStorage) storage:
- Your best score for Count Challenge mode.
- Your best score for Time Challenge mode.
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or to any third party.
4. Third-Party Services
Math Challenge does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or social-login providers. The App relies only on Apple's own SwiftUI and Foundation frameworks.
5. Data Security
Because the App stores nothing outside your device and makes no network connections, there is no transmission for an attacker to intercept. The two best-score values are protected by your device's standard sandboxing and disk encryption.
6. Data Deletion
You can delete all data stored by the App by simply deleting the App from your device. iOS will remove the App's container, including all locally stored values.
7. Children's Privacy
Math Challenge is designed with primary-school students in mind. Because we do not collect any personal information from anyone, we also do not collect any information from children. The App is safe to use for users under the age of 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes in a future version of the App, we will update the page hosted at this URL and update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after such updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
