NeonSwipe is a fully offline cyberpunk arcade snake game. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

NeonSwipe does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically:

• No name, email, or account data
• No device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, MAC address)
• No location data
• No usage analytics or crash reports sent to external servers
• No advertising data
• No network calls of any kind

3. Data Stored On Your Device

NeonSwipe stores game progress locally using UserDefaults:

• Stage clear flags and star ratings (1-3) for each of the 30 stages
• Best score and best clear time per stage
• Selected snake form preference

This data never leaves your device. Deleting the app removes all stored data.

4. Third-Party Services

NeonSwipe does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or cloud services. There are no external dependencies.

5. Permissions

NeonSwipe requests zero permissions. The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, or any other system resource.

6. Data Security

Because no data is transmitted over any network, there is no risk of data interception or breach. All game data remains exclusively on your device.

7. Data Deletion

To delete all app data, simply uninstall NeonSwipe from your device. All locally stored progress will be permanently removed.

8. Children's Privacy

NeonSwipe does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for all ages.

If we update this privacy policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
