PregTrack ("the App") is a pregnancy week tracker designed to help expectant mothers monitor fetal development, body changes, and prenatal to-dos across all 40 weeks of pregnancy.
Your privacy is fundamental to us. This policy explains what data the App uses, where it is stored, and your rights as a user.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
PregTrack does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically, the App:
- Does not connect to any server or the internet
- Does not require account registration or login
- Does not collect analytics, crash reports, or usage data
- Does not use advertising networks or third-party tracking SDKs
- Does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or location
- Does not integrate with HealthKit or any other Apple system data
3. Data Stored on Your Device
All data entered by the user is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes:
- Your due date or last menstrual period date
- Completed to-do checkboxes for each pregnancy week
This data never leaves your device. Deleting the App permanently removes all associated data.
4. Third-Party Services
PregTrack does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising platforms, or social login providers. There are no third-party services to disclose.
5. Data Security
Because all data is stored locally via SwiftData and your device's native storage, it benefits from iOS's built-in security measures including hardware encryption and the iOS sandbox. We have no access to your data at any time.
6. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time through Settings → Reset All Data within the App. Alternatively, uninstalling the App will permanently erase all stored data from your device.
7. Children's Privacy
PregTrack does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The App contains no advertising and no data collection mechanisms of any kind.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
