Zero Data CollectionQix ("we", "our", "the App") is a territory-claiming arcade game for iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains that we collect no personal data whatsoever.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:
The App stores the following data locally on your device only, using Apple's standard UserDefaults API:
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server, and we cannot access it.
The App requires no network connection and makes no network requests. All gameplay and data storage is 100% offline.
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, advertising networks, or social sign-in services.
Because no data is transmitted outside your device, there is no risk of interception or server-side breach. All locally stored data is protected by iOS device encryption.
All locally stored game data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App. You can also reset progress at any time through the in-app settings.
The App does not collect any data from any users, including children under 13. It complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable international laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features change. Any updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
