1. Introduction

Snake Retro is a fully offline snake game. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information (if any) is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

OFFLINE  Snake Retro requires zero network permissions. All game data is stored exclusively on your device.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, transmit, store, or share:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, Apple ID)
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, IP address)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Financial or payment information
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Health or fitness data

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The app uses Apple UserDefaults to store the following locally:

All stored data is deleted immediately when you uninstall Snake Retro.

4. Third-Party Services

5. Network Access

The app makes no network connections of any kind. It does not require Wi-Fi or cellular data to function.

6. Data Security

Because no data leaves your device, there is no external server to breach. Game data remains entirely within iOS's sandboxed storage for Snake Retro.

7. Data Deletion

To delete all data associated with Snake Retro, simply delete the app from your device. All UserDefaults data is removed automatically by iOS upon uninstallation.

8. Children's Privacy

Snake Retro does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13, nor from users of any age. The game contains no user accounts, social features, or data collection of any kind.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
