Stack Balance

Your privacy matters. Stack Balance is designed from the ground up to work entirely offline and collect absolutely no personal data.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Stack Balance does not collect, transmit, or share any information about you. This includes:

Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, Apple ID)
Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, serial number)
Location data
Usage analytics or telemetry
Crash reports
Payment or financial information
Photos, camera, or microphone access

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Stack Balance stores only one type of data locally on your device:

High scores – your best scores for Endless and Timed modes, stored in iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.
App settings – sound and haptics preferences, stored locally.

All data is stored in the app's sandboxed container. It is never uploaded to any server.

3. Network Connectivity

Stack Balance requires no network connection at any time. The app does not make any network requests. There are no servers, no APIs, and no cloud services involved.

4. Third-Party Services

Stack Balance does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or social platforms. No third-party code runs inside this app.

5. Children's Privacy

Stack Balance is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data whatsoever, there are no special children's privacy concerns. The app complies with COPPA and applicable children's privacy laws.

6. Data Deletion

Since all data resides locally on your device, you can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling Stack Balance. No account deletion request is necessary.

7. Data Security

Because Stack Balance stores data only on your device and never transmits it anywhere, the security of your data is governed entirely by iOS's built-in security mechanisms.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, the new version will be posted at this URL and reflected in the app's App Store listing. We will update the effective date accordingly.
